1 Timothy Performance Pullover

1 Timothy 4:8 states "for while bodily training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way, as it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come." This verse is explaining how physically training is of only some value compared to godliness or spiritual training. Spiritual training or godliness is eternal and must be priority before physical training. The bible verse is intentionally placed above the dumbbell to represent our spiritual training is above or comes before physical training, another way to say it is; Jesus is above it all and always comes first!
